Here is what Mollie said about the party- "It was my son's first birthday party. His name is Leo, so it was a "vintage-y" lion theme. I'm a wedding and portrait photographer so I did all of the pictures. My husband, who is a photographer now, but started out as a graphic designer did all of the graphics for me. My sister is a wedding designer/planner (http://www.amadorevents.com/) and she helped me a bit. My other sister is a pastry chef (she doesn't have a website) and so she did all of the cupcakes, cakes and desserts except for the lion cookies, Custom Cookies by Katie did those (http://www.facebook.com/CustomCookiesByKatie). The flowers were by Archibald Flowers (http://www.archibaldflowers.net/). Our balloon twister was Ron (http://www.ronsballoons.com/) and our rentals were from (http://www.classeparty.com/). I made all of the details (flags, table cloths, cupcake toppers and part of the centerpieces). It was a labor of love :) It was a great day and I think everything came out so nicely."

Can I just say that every single time I look at the wonderful photos of these different parties I just smile...Something inside me lights up and I feel a spark! I don't know if it's a "sign" or anything. I've never planned a party except for my own children's birthdays. But I get so happy coming to your site! Ahhh..
You're so sweet, Kim! Thank you! I chose parties like this because of the amazing photography. Makes all the difference...and yes, makes your heart light up! xoxo
