My next party feature goes to this lovely BRITISH BOY BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Tina Fussell of Traveling Mama. Tina threw this fun party for her husband who turned 40 and her son who turned 3 on the same weekend! I just love the simplicity of it. Again, it goes to show that you don't have to spend a ton of money to create a super cute party. Tina painted her own flag and created the paper garland. The darling Double Decker Bus came from Habitat.

Tina said- "I really love your site and thought you might like this party! Throwing big parties overseas is always a huge challenge for me. There is so much less available here (and the other countries we have lived) but I have always strived to still give my kids (and husband!) a special day to remember!"

Why would you post a picture of the tops of the white cups? What "idea" does the reader get from that? Kinda silly and a waste.
Gotta love the anonymous commenters..seriously??? We all have our opinions, but if you have the balls to criticize someone's blog, at least have the courage to do it as YOU, and not do it anonymously! Your comment is a waste of air space. Let's visit your creative cute party blog site...oh wait, do you have one?? So before you start nailing people for their "white cups", why don't you go make better use of your time on pinterest and do something. Sorry, but it had to be said... LOVE THE Union Jack Flag canvas by the way..I want that on my wall!!! I love all things British!!!
It´s amazing...

Hi there! I happened to pop over and saw that you featured my boys' party! Thank you so, so much! In regards to the first comment, I must say that I am chuckling a bit to myself. Even my family asks me why we take photos of mundane things like glasses! We believe that there is beauty all around us and even something as simple as glasses offer us something... I like the clean lines, the symmetry.... the idea that friends are coming soon and not only are we waiting, but the glasses too! Of course I wasn't thinking of all that when I posted the picture, but after seeing the other comment, it made me ask myself just why do I take photos of glasses??
Either way, I am honored to be featured here and hope that my very little party will inspire others on a tight budget and with little resources to create something beautiful for their loved ones!
Best from Copenhagen!
