Love that these can be used over and over again. As a responsible parent, I am trying to teach my daughter and any other children we have the importance of recycling and reusing...what a great way to start on a day of celebration and often times, over indulgence ;)

Why do I want this? 3 reasons 1: I'm lazy and don't want to make one myself 2: I'm cheap and don't want to buy one and 3: It is so cute I might have to leave it up all year round and being the oldest of 12 I could possibly do that. We have lots of Birthdays around here.
