you don't have to go all out to have a fun and memorable party. for this party we rented a helium tank, blew up a ton of balloons (my son LOVED balloons), and went to a local park for a pot luck dinner.
we picked up a small baby size cake at our wal-mart bakery and let our little guy go to town...
the party was a big success...everyone had a lot of fun. simple and easy...
